Fecale therapie wordt vergeleken met de conventionele behandeling (vancomycine) voor recidiverende Clostridium difficile geassocieerde diarree.

Wie kunnen meedoen?

Inclusiecriteria

-Ouder dan 18

-Recidief Clostridium difficile

-Levensverwachting meer dan drie maanden

Exclusiecriteria

-Zwangerschap

-Ander antibioticagebruik dan bedoeld voor behandeling Clostridium difficile

-Recente chemotherapie of HIV met CD4<200

-prednisolon > 20 mg/dag, chronisch gebruik
